Casa Entre Tecas

Set within a goat farm dedicated to artisanal cheese production and teak cultivation, Entretecas seeks a return to the essential. It emerges from a desire to reconnect with the basics—both in life and in architecture.

Casa Anapanasati

A large double-membrane roof defines the form of Anapanasati House, folding in multiple directions in response to the land’s topography. It rises and shifts toward the surrounding mountains, echoing the landscape’s movement.

Casa En Ladera

Located in Cerro Colón, this Ladera home responds to a steep, narrow site with a tailored solution for a young family of five. The design embraces the natural slope while enhancing the site's unique spatial qualities.

Condominio Cumbre Mar

Cumbre Mar is a residential complex of 13 units that tackles the challenge of scale and repetition through volumetric fragmentation and independent access. The result is a softened architectural presence within its coastal context.

Casa D3

The first in a series of homes designed for a rugged hillside, Casa D3 opens to expansive views of the northwest and the surrounding lush vegetation. The architecture adapts to the terrain while celebrating its visual richness.

Studio D3

Two compact one-bedroom studios designed for eventual integration into a single residence. The proposal balances shared and private spaces, allowing for flexibility over time within a minimal footprint.

Villa Kañik

A flexible-use residence nestled in the mountains of Dominicalito, Osa. The design fully embraces its 360° panoramic views over the lush landscapes of Costa Rica’s South Pacific.

Nosara Workspace

Nosara Workspace will be an office designed for a team immersed in the coastal lifestyle of Guanacaste. This is a space for creative collaboration, grounded in nontraditional work culture and a deep connection to nature.

Torre Cascadas del Mar

Cascadas del Mar is a condominium tower that seeks connection with the sea through balconies, pergolas, and terraces. The design leverages the slope to reveal six ocean-facing levels from what appears to be a two-story entry at street level.
